I’ve been interested in computers since I was a kid. Although I can only smile now when I think back to the old school “four-eight-six” machines or Pentium Ones, it was these now-prehistoric devices that introduced me to the world of computing. After high school, it was only natural for me to head to the Faculty of Information Technology at Brno University of Technology.

After finishing my studies, I went to work in London for two years. Even though this period was challenging, I look back on it with great fondness. I learned a lot and also got a taste of life outside of home. Whenever I get the chance, I love returning to the city on the Thames. Just don’t ask me to miss those vinegar chips.

When I returned from abroad and started looking for where to settle down, a lucky coincidence led me to Four Bros. The work here is far from routine. Given the variety of our clients, there’s always something new to discover, and I can’t recall ever doing the same thing two days in a row. It can be demanding at times, but when I see the results, the work instantly feels more rewarding.

When I’m not sitting at a computer coding, I love spending time with my wonderful wife Mirka and our son Vojta. I enjoy cooking for them, going on trips together, or just playing with our cat, who we affectionately call Košiško. Recently, I’ve also taken up diving. The world underwater might just be even more fascinating than the computer world.
