ARTEX-IS

ARTEX Information Systems was established in 1997 and is headquartered in Prague at Arbes Square. Like its clients, ARTEX must continuously adapt to new trends and changes in the IT sector. This understanding of the challenges posed by these changes comes from both organizational leadership and end-users. At the same time, ARTEX strives to be part of new IT trends and does not passively wait to see what the future holds for them and their clients.

A fresh, modern design, showcasing the company, its services and products, a new section for webinars, and an administrable blog and careers page. These were the requirements for the new website for Artex-IS, which specializes in Microsoft products, IT management, and cloud services.

Blue Dominates with Rounded Shapes

A modern look calls for a fresh color combination!
Shades of blue align with the company’s brand, and as a contrasting color to highlight active elements, we use a vibrant shade of purple.

Typography

On the Artex-IS website, we use the Kanit font family for headings and highlighted text. Its wide proportions perfectly complement the graphic style we’ve chosen. It is paired with the Noto Sans family, which we favor for regular text due to its excellent readability, even at smaller sizes.

Custom Illustrations and Pictograms

We created a set of custom pictograms, and the brand received
its own illustrated character: a little robot named Artie.

With Artie, 18 unique illustrations were created. The little robot represents the company’s products and services, introduces different sections, and, most importantly, enhances the attractiveness of the website.

Proper display on mobile phones must be a priority for any quality developer. Currently, they account for the largest share of total website visits, with 63% for Artex.

When designing and implementing responsive design, we don’t only consider specific devices. We ensure that the website looks great across a wide range of screen sizes, from widescreen monitors to tablets and the smallest mobile phones.

Webinar Registration

Artex hosts webinars that participants can register for directly on the website. We developed a system of expandable cards for listing individual webinars, allowing users to review detailed information before beginning the registration process. After entering their personal details in a pop-up window and submitting their registration, automatic informational emails are sent both to the participant and the responsible person at Artex.

Playback of Webinar Recordings

Artex organizes webinars that participants can register for directly on the website. For displaying individual webinars, we created a system of expandable cards. After reviewing the detailed information, users can start the registration process. Upon entering their personal details in a pop-up window and submitting the registration, automatic confirmation emails are sent to both the participant and the responsible person at Artex.
